USA Cycling Results

Does anyone know why the ETJC Omnium results have never been submitted to USA Cycling, or better yet, when they will be submitted?
It's been over two weeks since the race. I realize the agreement w/USA Cycling states you have 3 weeks to submit, but it never takes this long.....Is that the responsibility of the promoting club or TBRA?

I am following up on that. I am under the impression that it is up to the CR and/or local association (TBRA) to forward that information on as they have all the information needed.
