Additional Resources

TBRA Promoter Guide
2 page guide on navigating the USAC and TBRA paperwork highway.

Logos (TBRA, USAC, BikeReg...)
Web and print resolution logos for your flyer or website.

Omnium Purse Allocation
This spreadsheet can be used by the promoter to reallocate omnium purse money back to the individual stages for purposes of determining the BAR point level for each stage.

Road Race Registration Template
Blank registration sheets. Although geared for road events by default, the forms should be easy to adapt for mountain bike events. With the availability of newer registration software, these templates are mostly obsolete, but they may be helpful in a pinch or as a paper backup to an electronic scoring system.

Payout Templates
Contains two exhibits: Payout Distribution Exhibit and Rider Payout Signature Exhibit. Also includes sample breakdowns for various purse levels and a payout label/envelope mail merge. USAC requires that the payout split for each paying position be documented prior to the start of the event.
